Job description

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Offday: 8 days off per month
• Interview Method: In-person interview
• Work Location: Near Ubi MRT station (Downtown Line DT27)
• The employer is a building contractor seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager.
• Advise and establish clear project programmes and milestones
• Review and provide schedule information for bid documents
• Monitor contractor/vendor pending costs
• Obtain client’s acceptance of the work, and sign-off for the completed project
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards
• Strong understanding of the budget process
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising, training and mentoring staff
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Project management certification is preferred
• Annual leave and sick leave in accordance with Ministry of Manpower regulations.
• Performance bonus and 13th-month salary (AWS) provided.
