Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive, Marketing to support the execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth, patient acquisition, and enhancing brand awareness. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, managing digital platforms, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and assigned business units to support the growth and marketing of the business.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies (online and offline) for assigned business units within the Singapore Medical Group.
  • Manage and optimize existing digital platforms, including websites, social media accounts, and marketing automation tools, ensuring they are aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Develop and create engaging content across various marketing platforms, including websites, social media, EDMs, print materials, and more.
  • Contribute to the optimization of SEO and SEM efforts to improve the online visibility of the Group and increase patient engagement.
  • Conduct data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Insights to track performance, inform strategy, and optimize marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital and marketing trends through regular self-study and research to ensure marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Work with clinic staff and doctors to ensure successful end-to-end execution of marketing plans.
  • Ensure effective communication and timely delivery of marketing materials to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred, with a strong interest in digital marketing. Candidates from other disciplines with a passion for marketing are also encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their business functions.
  • Experience with video production and editing is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong copywriting and presentation skills will be advantageous.
