Biotechnologist - (Pharma MNC, Good Career Progression) #HCL

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
2. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
3. Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
4. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed.
5. Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.
6. Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
7. Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
8. Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
10. Implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
11. Conduct performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
12. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
13. Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on learning and development, talent management, recruitment, and HR policy compliance.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
