About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and self-driven AI Agent Developer to help us design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that automate workflows and support business use cases (real estate, media content, and productivity tools). You will work closely with our founder to integrate AI agents with platforms like n8n, Make.com, and OpenAI API, and help streamline various internal and external operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate workflows using n8n (or Make.com) for lead automation, CRM updates, and file/data retrieval.
• Set up chat interfaces (e.g. Telegram, web, WhatsApp via Twilio, Coze-like platforms).
• Implement custom functions (e.g. call webhook, retrieve Google Sheet, respond with data).
• Create internal documentation for how agents work and how the team can use them.
• Support data integrations and chatbot improvements based on business needs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.)
• Experience with n8n, Make.com, or other automation platforms
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP requests
• Ability to connect AI with productivity tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Bitrix24, Notion)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and function-calling logic
• Basic frontend skills (optional but a plus)

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with real estate or SME workflow automation
• Experience with chatbot builders like Coze, Flowise AI, Botpress, or CustomGPT
• UI/UX familiarity to help deploy chatbots on landing pages
• Previous work with WhatsApp API, Telegram Bots, or Web Chat widgets
