    • Act as Motional’s senior representative in Singapore, serving as the primary liaison between the Singapore office and the company’s global leadership team
    • Collaborate with SG team leads to showcase the achievements of their teams with Engineering leadership

What We’re Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams across DevOps, SRE, or Platform functions, with a proven track record of growing managers’ leadership capabilities.
  • Strong technical foundation in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, system reliability, and modern software development practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions and improving engineering efficiency at scale.
  • Skilled at aligning teams to business goals, making sound technical decisions, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with international teams and navigating cross-cultural collaboration, ideally within a U.S.-based company context.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills—comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Practical experience with web application development and deployment workflows.

  • Experience with security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Experience with multiple programming languages, Python or C++ preferred.
