Our client, a primary healthcare institution in Singapore, is currently seeking candidates to join as a Management Executive (Healthcare).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage GPs to onboard to the Primary Care Network.

2. Perform background checks, schedule engagement, and facilitate onboarding/application of new GPs.

3. Maintain the GP partners’ master list.

4. Work with GPs and clinic staff to establish referral workflows for patients.

5. Update the Memorandum of Agreement and Letter of Agreement.

6. Provide support for related annual audits.

7. Provide secretariat support for stakeholders’ and department meetings.

Funds Management & Reporting

1. Verify invoices and raise payment requests to disburse funds to GPs.

2. Ensure accuracy of documents for claims submissions.

3. Liaise with service providers and Finance department on billing matters.

4. Prepare performance indicator reports and data for stakeholders.

5. Study clinical and process outcome trends to identify areas for improvement.

Team Management

1. Gather feedback from coordinators on deployment issues, GP workflows, and related matters.

2. Mentor junior staff and promote teamwork and cooperation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in a related discipline.

• 1-2 years of management experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Willing to travel to region-specific GP clinics as needed.
