We are seeking a technically proficient solutions architect to assist in selling our real-time data platform products. The Solutions Architect's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the product features, functions, and processes, and helping close sales by providing technical expertise tailored to client needs.
The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge of our company's products and the ecosystem they operate in, and be able to design solutions that align with customer requirements. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders are essential. This is a pre-sales role that may require travel for customer meetings.
