Job Summary

We are seeking a technically proficient solutions architect to assist in selling our real-time data platform products. The Solutions Architect's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the product features, functions, and processes, and helping close sales by providing technical expertise tailored to client needs.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge of our company's products and the ecosystem they operate in, and be able to design solutions that align with customer requirements. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders are essential. This is a pre-sales role that may require travel for customer meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Discussing and qualifying technical requirements with customers.
• Collaborating with sales and other teams to advance deals.
• Architecting solutions to meet customer needs.
• Performing proof-of-concepts to demonstrate product capabilities.
• Presenting technical solutions to various customer levels, including C-level executives.
• Evangelizing Aerospike at events and meetups.
• Identifying areas for product or process improvement and communicating these to management.

Prerequisites:

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa and English.
• 7+ years of experience in database technology, including NoSQL, Relational, Distributed, MPP databases such as Aerospike, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, HBase, Couchbase, Yugabyte, CockroachDB, etc.
• Strong coding skills in at least one language: Java, C/C++, Python, Go, etc.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Linux experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Flink, Pulsar.
• Experience with Graph or Vector Databases, AI-ML projects.
• Understanding of infrastructure components like Networking, CPUs, SSDs, Memory.
• Presales experience in a tech product organization.
