Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Planning and Execution: Develop and implement the Asia Pacific compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Monitor local policies and regulations, and adjust company policies for compliance.
  2. Incentive Mechanism Design: Utilize retail industry experience to design and optimize incentive mechanisms for frontline employees, boosting motivation and efficiency.
  3. Team Management: Lead the Asia Pacific compensation and benefits team by clarifying roles, providing training, and building an effective team.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to provide tailored compensation and benefits solutions, ensuring policy alignment with the global team.
  5. Data Management: Maintain and analyze the compensation and benefits database to support decision-making and generate regular reports.
Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in human resources, business administration, or related fields.
  2. Work Experience: Over 8 years in compensation and benefits management, with at least 5 years in the Asia Pacific region, and experience in the retail industry with frontline incentive mechanism design.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent in English for effective communication.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in compensation and benefits management tools, data analysis software, and HR information systems.
  5. Competencies: Strong business acumen, excellent communication, collaboration, team management skills, and keen market insights.
