A leading HR firm is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to manage recruitment cycles and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in HR or Business Administration and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including headcount tracking, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding process.
Handle employee relations matters, provide guidance on HR policies, support key HR processes such as performance reviews, and manage work pass applications for foreign hires.
Participate in staff engagement activities, HRIS testing, HR process improvement projects, and general HR administrative duties.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in HR generalist or recruitment roles.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
