An established industry player is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in a dynamic role focused on enhancing staff well-being and organizational culture. Location:Kent Ridge
Duration:Asap - 1 Aug 2025
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm
Pay: $12-13/h
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating of staff well-being initiatives, including recognition programs, social events, and team-building activities
- Source, and coordinate purchases for department programs, festive celebrations, and events if required
- Manage logistics, including procurement, coordination, and group distribution of items to staff
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with stakeholders
- Support the team in initiatives that enhance organizational culture and workplace transformation
- Support the team to improve employee onboarding and learning experiences
- Gather employee feedback through pulse survey and focus groups
- Support the tracking and analysis of employee engagement data to measure the impact of initiatives
- Help with research on industry trends in workplace transformation, talent engagement, and well-being
- Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth execution of HR and culture building activities
- Track the team spending to ensure cost effective event execution
- Prepare simple presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Any other projects/tasks as assigned by dept
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field(entry level welcomed).
- Relevant experience in administration, procurement, or event coordination will be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools is a plus
