Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
Salary Range: $8,000 – $10,000/month

Are you a passionate full-stack developer ready to lead a high-performing team? We're looking for a Lead Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment, is hands-on with modern web technologies, and enjoys mentoring others while driving technical excellence.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers with a strong focus on innovation and quality.
Architect and build scalable, reusable systems for complex web applications.
Conduct technical interviews and actively contribute to hiring top engineering talent.
Develop clean and user-centric interfaces using Vue 3 and modern frontend frameworks.
Build and manage backend services using AWS technologies like Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito, and AppSync.
Design and implement robust REST/GraphQL APIs for high-performance applications.
Integrate third-party SaaS solutions into existing systems effectively.
Apply best practices in coding, testing, and version control.
Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar to manage cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical strategies and deliverables.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when relevant.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience with a proven track record of building scalable applications.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with TypeScript.
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Proficient in Vue 3 (preferred) or similar frontend frameworks.
Strong knowledge of NoSQL/SQL database design.
Extensive experience with AWS services and serverless architecture.
Solid grasp of GraphQL and REST API development.
Strong understanding of responsive design and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
Passion for clean code, design patterns, and software quality.
Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work or animation experience (GSAP, anime.js).
Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
Personal GitHub with sample projects or contributions.
