Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in shipping and logistics? We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing, make shipping schedules, and book vessels to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and customers on orders and shipping arrangements.
• Prepare shipping invoices, handle account closings, and provide support for audits.
• Track and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payment.
• Draft shipping instructions and ensure the accuracy of Bill of Lading (BL) documents.
• Arrange courier services for Original Bills of Lading (OBL) when required.
• Monitor freight costs and prepare regular reports.

The Talent:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Business Management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in shipping/logistics, import/export, or trading.
• LC experience and knowledge is a must for this position.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with adapting to new technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
