Primary Objective
- Drive and enhance the Bank’s business strategies for asset and liability growth through retail products.
- Foster self-development to effectively implement strategic initiatives that boost the retail asset and liability portfolio.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve growth in retail loan assets and liabilities through targeted retail products.
- Identify and manage asset and liability exposures, ensuring minimal levels of non-performing loans in retail.
- Offer analytical insights to evaluate the financial impact of retail products and strategies on the Bank’s long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new local mortgage through different channels or referrals.
- Utilise a combination of the Bank's branch network, tele-consulting and referrals to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Build lasting relationships with real estate agencies, developers, solicitors and own personal network to generate referrals for the bank’s mortgage products.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities organized by the bank or business partners to develop business and foster relationships.
- Provide sound mortgage advisory upheld by high standards of before and after sales services.
- Create opportunities to cross-sell as well as source high-net-worth individuals to onboard.
- Apply diligence and integrity to ensure proper advisory procedures and meticulous documentation in compliance with the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Preferred experience in mortgage sales
- Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
