Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Development:

• Contribute to the development and execution of plans to grow clinic services and improve operations.
• Work with leadership to align clinic goals with overall organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.

Budget and Financial Management:

• Oversee clinic finances, including managing budgets and tracking revenue and expenses.
• Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Operational Leadership:

• Manage the daily operations of clinics, ensuring efficient service and high patient satisfaction.
• Optimize staffing, resources, and workflows to improve care quality and patient flow.
• Implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Team Management and Development:

• Lead and support a team of clinic staff.
• Encourage continuous learning, provide performance feedback, and create a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, or a related field
• Experience in Healthcare/Hospital/Clinic Operations, with managerial or team management capacity
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, licensing requirements and compliance standards
• Strong financial acumen to manage business units
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Positive people management skills, proactive and service orientated
• A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic
