Job Description:
  • Workplace Location: Subway Ang Mo Kio
  • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the assigned store
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets, service excellence, and operational compliance
  • Supervise daily work performance and collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure adequate staffing
  • Coach, appraise, and plan career and training development for staff
  • Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback
  • Plan manpower, recruit Sales Assistants, and maintain adequate staffing levels
  • Schedule rosters and assign shift duties
  • Organize and coordinate store operations, merchandising, and promotional activities within established guidelines
  • Monitor cash and inventory to minimize discrepancies and stay within set limits
  • Maintain high standards of store image, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure daily banking of trading receipts and timely submission of relevant paperwork to HQ
  • Ensure accurate receiving and ordering processes before confirmation
