Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless support to passengers and visitors, ensuring a smooth airport experience

  • Address customer inquiries and feedback, delivering effective solutions tailored to their needs

  • Assist passengers with flight information and recommend airport facilities, dining, and retail options

  • Respond to customer queries across various platforms, including phone calls, emails, chatbot, and social media

  • Manage on-site medical emergencies and incidents, escalating issues when necessary

  • Take on additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations

Key Requirements:

  • GCE "O" Level with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

  • Proactive, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving

  • Confident and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds

  • Flexible to work on rotating shifts
