Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle the full set of accounts and assist SG operations if required.
2. Manage transactions related to Malaysia Team, including invoicing, account creation, and claims.
3. Oversee payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and related submissions.
4. Must have at least 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
5. Knowledge of SAP B1 is preferred.
6. Willing to travel monthly to Malaysia for meetings and account cross-checking with the Malaysia team and managers.
7. Must be willing to learn and be a good team player.
8. Ability to work independently.

Additional Details:

Working days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Company transport available from Lakeside MRT station.
