This includes translating the plan into a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and managing Sustaining / Service / Growth Capex projects to keep the terminal in optimal condition. What will you do as a Maintenance Engineer / Senior Engineer?

You will develop a 3-Year Maintenance Plan and Preventive Maintenance Program, plan and execute Capex projects, optimize maintenance processes, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct RCFA, and develop improvement plans.

What do we expect from you?

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with industrial standards (API, ASME, etc.).

• Knowledge of API 653 and/or 570 is advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of terminal products and equipment.

• Project and maintenance experience.

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify improvement opportunities.

• Good knowledge of maintenance, operations, safety, and products.

• Understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing the 3-year maintenance plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Assessing assets for preventive maintenance needs based on risk and criticality.

• Determining and adjusting preventive maintenance activities and schedules.

• Specifying required activities, procedures, and tools for PM work orders.

• Estimating costs for the PM schedule.

• Gathering information for inspection reports.

• Managing terminal asset lifecycle.

• Identifying Capex needs and developing scope and cost estimates.

• Executing Capex projects per Vopak standards.

• Supporting asset data management.

• Conducting inspections and evaluating engineering works and existing installations.

• Analyzing inspection reports and proposing actions.

• Suggesting efficiency improvements.

• Performing maintenance analysis and quality sampling.

• Supporting technicians with complex issues.

• Identifying root causes of failures and recommending corrective actions.

• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Facilitating audits and supporting corporate initiatives.

• Training maintenance and operations technicians.
