The Chatbot Manager will serve as an essential coach for our virtual assistants, ensuring they are designed, configured, and deployed effectively. This role involves managing the transfer of skills from humans to machines, reflecting our company's know-how, values, and expertise. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent coordination skills and a passion for AI technology.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing business requirements to determine technical specifications for the chatbot.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  3. Creating comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, including system architecture and data flow diagrams.
  4. Evaluating the technical feasibility of proposed specifications and suggesting solutions.
  5. Analyzing user interaction data to identify patterns for improvement.
  6. Utilizing machine learning algorithms to enhance chatbot understanding and responses.
  7. Overseeing integration with existing systems for seamless interoperability.
