Job Purpose:

You will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience across our physical branches. This involves market analysis, performance data analysis, and identifying opportunities to optimize and transform the branch network in alignment with the bank's overall strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery at our physical touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for branch banking, aligned with business objectives, covering current and future branch networks.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, considering demographics, competition, and market demand.
  3. Manage budgets for strategic initiatives related to branch banking.
  4. Lead cross-functional project teams to execute strategic plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  5. Manage stakeholder relationships across departments and organizational levels.
  6. Present progress and results to senior management.
  7. Contribute to innovative solutions to improve branch efficiency and customer experience.
  8. Collaborate with real estate and construction teams for strategic location selection and efficient development of new and existing branches.
  9. Oversee and coach team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment under time pressure.
