Facilities Engineer, Junior
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Changi Airport
Basic Salary: $3200 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance of building systems, including ACMV, electrical, and plumbing.

• Assist to plan and supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance for M&E systems.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety compliance.

• Coordinate and monitor work by technicians and external contractors.

• Ensure all maintenance work adheres to regulations and quality standards.

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for seamless operations.

• Maintain detailed records and reports of all maintenance activities.

• Recommend upgrades or improvements based on system evaluations and collaborate on system installations.
