Job Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability. Adjust plans based on shifting priorities or unforeseen delays.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw materials and finished goods inventory levels to ensure optimal stock while minimizing excess inventory and waste.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze production data, performance metrics, and historical trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless communication and execution of production plans.
  • Problem-Solving: Address production issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and capacity utilization to management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all planning activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Bachelors’ or a Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering / Business Management or similar from a recognized institution
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, written).
  • Ability to gather relevant information systematically, seek input from others, use accurate logic in problem analysis, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to see the big picture and plan strategically to take the organization to the next level.
  • 5-10+ years related experience in Wafer Planning, experience in Semiconductor Industry preferred.
  • Manufacturing/Production Control environment and a well understanding of the supply chain.
  • Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory management (2-5 years preferred).

Following Requirements are a plus:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with advance planning systems.
  • PowerBI
  • Final phase system
  • Fabtime
