Job description

The Pre-sales Consultant with his deep understanding of technology and experience, would provide technological solution to customers to address their critical business needs and regulatory requirements.

This person would need to have either hands-on or working experience with the following:

· Microsoft Technology, AD Design Implementation and Deployment

· Server Architecture and SAN Storage Design and implementation

· Hypervisor and Virtualization Solution Design and implementation

· Network Design and implementation

· Good knowledge of Border Security and Load Balancing Solution

· MFA and Encryption Technology.

· Backup and Disaster Recovery Design and Implementation

· Cloud solution and migration design and implementation

Responsibility:

· Become an expert with our focused products, able to deliver standard and customized presentations of solutions, as well as solution demonstration to customers from business owners of SME to C-level executives in enterprise accounts.

· Architect and design custom solution based on customer’s requirement using NTC’s suite of focused products, apply industry best practice, to ensure the proposed solution can meet customer’s business objective and can be delivered by Technical team.

· Partner with sales and work on presentation materials for opportunity progression.

· Work on complex deals and provide response to RFPs related to product, integration, delivery, Installation and maintenance.

· Support sales and marketing events, conferences and exhibitions.

· Provide support to sales materials development.


Requirement

· A Polytechnic or equivalent certification required.

· Minimum 5 Years in the IT Industry, not end user environment.

· IT related certification is an advantage

· Good command of English, both spoken and written

· Good Presentation skill and ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to Customer

· Ability to identify requirements and develop use cases based on customer’s business priority.

· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Salary Range: SGD6,000 to SGD8,000, with performance bonus
