You will be part of the team that partners identified companies on their transformation journey. You will have the opportunity to engage a variety of stakeholders and at various levels to understand business trends and enterprise transformation plans, as well as offer solutions to achieve success.
(What you will be doing:)
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact person for a portfolio of identified companies and oversee end-to-end processes of account development and servicing, as well as project negotiation and execution.
Cultivate strategic relationships and build trust with key stakeholders and identified companies, through a deep understanding of their needs, operations, structure, and dynamics.
Identify, negotiate, and structure project opportunities to secure “win-win” outcomes for key stakeholders and Singapore’s built environment sector.
Source and activate relevant resources and expertise (in BCA, government, ecosystem partners) to support stakeholder engagements and projects.
Define and administer incentives for identified companies to catalyse industry transformation.
Build a sound understanding of industry and technology trends, government offerings and BCA’s products/services to create opportunities and formulate appropriate business development strategies.
(What we are looking for:)
Requirements:
At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience in business/corporate development roles. Experience in the built environment sector is an advantage.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a knack for offering actionable solutions.
Keen business acumen and experience in negotiation/conflict management, structuring deals, and project management.
· Able to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and work in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, including ability and experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority internally and externally.
Possesses positive attitude, excellent work ethic and is a team player.
