Job Purpose

You will play a pivotal role, working with programme stakeholders to drive digital transformation and technology strategy. You will lead in shaping the agenda and tracking progress of the overall program and key initiatives such as engineering productivity and digital transformation to position DBS as a leader in the digital age.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with programme managers and cross-disciplinary teams to develop, prioritize, and execute plans.
• Facilitate project team meetings to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare status reports by analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to schedule and communicate changes impacting users.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful implementation.
• Track project financials.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of solid IT experience with domain knowledge in financial institutions.
• Relevant experience in implementing large programs using Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of latest technologies such as application development, DevSecOps, Cloud, and AI/ML, and their business applications.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
