- To increase the efficiency of the clinic in the delivery of efficient administrative support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the processing and submission of MediSave/MediShield claims for the patients.
- Monitor status of the claims and submit to the Finance to issue refund to the patient.
- Follow up with the respective insurance company to check on pending claims.
- Checking of invoices to ensure that it is being billed.
- Record keeping and filing of claim and refund document.
- Provide admin support to the clinics.
- Perform any other administrative duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the clinic.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hospital/clinical experience preferred.
- Familiar with Clinic System i.e. Clinic Assist.
- Experience in medi claims, personal and TPA insurance claims.
- Good personality and ability to communicate effectively.
- Meticulous and accurate.
- Able to multitask.
