  • Assist customers in finding products and provide information about their features and benefits
  • Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and tidying displays
  • Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and product offerings
  • Follow company procedures for opening and closing the store
  • Uphold store policies regarding safety, security, and loss prevention
  • Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts
  • Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and development opportunities.
