Job description

1. Sort out and analyze the key business processes of each functional department, identify manual operations, inefficiencies and repetitive links, and propose digital/systematic optimization solutions;

2. Combined with the company's actual business and budget situation, evaluate the feasibility of using different technical paths such as ready-made systems, low-code platforms, self-developed systems or Excel automation;

3. Evaluate and recommend appropriate information tools (such as process approval systems, collaboration platforms, data management systems, etc.) according to business needs, and output solutions;

4. Responsible for system selection research, supplier communication and test evaluation, and promote system implementation;

5. Write a system implementation plan, coordinate internal and external resources of the company, and ensure that the project is launched on schedule;

6. Assist in formulating a unified business data input template and standard process to improve data accuracy and traceability;

7. Track the use of the system, collect feedback and continuously iterate and optimize;

8. Organize employee operation training, document writing and use support for the new system;

9. Summarize the information needs of each department, formulate and maintain the company's annual information project recommendation list.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering, information system management, etc.;

2. Familiar with enterprise business processes, with relevant experience in process analysis, system selection, system implementation, etc.; strong project management ability, proficient in design and management tools such as Axure, Visio, Xmind, Project, etc.;

3. Proficient in using common office and collaboration tools (such as Excel, Lark, Power BI, Notion, Trello, etc.); 1-2 mainstream system tools (such as ERP, OA, CRM), or practical operation experience of low-code platforms (such as Power Automate, Airtable, Kissflow, Notion, etc.);

4. Experience in system development or system deployment, or rich existing system research and integration application capabilities;

5. Experience in actually participating in or leading system construction, process automation and other projects; clear logical thinking, good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and the ability to design technical solutions from a business perspective;

6. Those with IT project management experience, understanding of project bidding processes or project implementation methodologies such as agile/waterfall are preferred;

7. Strong sense of responsibility, multi-tasking, parallel processing ability, good stress resistance. Fluent in Chinese and English
