Job description

• Handle full set accounts.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of accounts payable functions and expenses analysis
• Maintain fixed assets schedules (additions, disposals, and depreciation), and monthly balance sheet schedules
• Managing payment processing matters & GST
• Perform monthly reconciliation against vendors’ statement of accounts
• Effective management of month-end process and ensure all accruals and prepayment schedules are updated timely
• Maintain inter-co transactions and monitor reconciliations
• Prepare audit schedules
• Participate in ad-hoc analysis / projects
• Familiar with Xero accounting software
• Assist in administrative work
