Position Summary
As the Commercial & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, securing strong commercial terms, planning in-store and online promotions, and working cross-functionally with our marketing team to run impactful campaigns and activation events. You’ll need to balance the needs of brand-building with performance marketing goals, helping HUFT stand out in a competitive market.
Commercial (Supplier-Facing):
Engage and negotiate with suppliers for better margins, trade terms, and joint promotions
Identify new product opportunities and trends based on customer demand and competitor benchmarking
Maintain a live calendar of deals, discounts, and activations
Monitor inventory alignment with promotional campaigns
Marketing (Execution & Coordination):
Coordinate with in-house and agency marketing teams for campaign execution (social, paid, offline)
Plan and run seasonal and monthly in-store promotions, giveaways, and brand collaborations
Organize and manage brand activation events, including partnerships, influencer tie-ups, and sampling drives
Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints—from store visuals to digital campaigns
2–4 years of experience in a commercial, trade marketing, or category executive role (FMCG, retail, or consumer brands preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills—able to work with suppliers, creatives, and marketers alike
A passion for retail execution and understanding what drives customers to act
Highly organized with a bias for action—able to own calendars, timelines, and deadlines
Singapore retail or e-commerce experience a strong plus
