The Job
  1. Serve as the direct contact point between the workshop, customers, and suppliers.
  2. Coordinate activities between the workshop and other departments (e.g., Operations, Rental).
  3. Support daily workshop operations.
  4. Ensure workshop operations follow company SOPs closely.
  5. Handle customer requests and issue work orders.
  6. Manage customer feedback and coordinate related work.
  7. Schedule appointments and manage job bookings.
  8. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, including emails.
  9. Perform data entry, document filing, and organization.
  10. Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  11. Issue quotations, invoices, and cheques.
  12. Collect payments from customers.
  13. Update records in Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Requirements
  1. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with our China-based counterparts.
  2. Prior experience in vehicle servicing workshops, especially with accident claim handling, is advantageous.
  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Team player with a positive working attitude.
  5. A valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
  6. Working days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and alternate Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
