The Opportunity:

• Permanent role

• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

1. Manage post-sales responsibilities for cybersecurity or network performance monitoring products.
2. Contribute to large-scale project implementations at local and regional levels.
3. Perform on-site implementation such as testing, deployment, and documentation.
4. Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and research.
5. Routine standby for support 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience with Thales HSM or similar cryptographic solutions.
3. Strong understanding of cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
4. Familiarity with compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
5. Hands-on experience in implementing and operating Thales SafeNet HSMs.
6. Experience designing and implementing key management solutions for enterprises.
7. Experience working on PKI solutions.
8. Programming knowledge in C/C++ (preferred), Java, .NET.
