Job scope:

  1. To source new business with potential customers.
  2. To increase the customer database.
  3. To canvas and secure new accounts.
  4. To achieve the sales target given by the Company.
  5. Manage and present realistic forecasts to the management team, including current trends, and set future sales goals.
  6. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.

Requirements:

  1. Have sales experience or business development experience in the healthcare, shipping, aviation, oil, & gas industries. Marketing experience is a plus.
  2. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or business manager.
  3. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Having good contacts in healthcare, shipping, aviation, oil, & gas industries with partners is a plus.
  5. Existing customers on hand is a plus.
  6. Possess a strong hunter mentality, business sense, and industry expertise.
  7. At least a Diploma or higher in Sales & Marketing or Business Studies.
  8. Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience.
  9. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  10. Ability to multitask.
  11. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  12. Basic Mandarin communication skills and ability to read simple Mandarin messages.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer satisfaction needs and requirements.
  2. Generate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  3. Communicate with existing clients for business opportunities.
  4. Engage and build good relationships with customers.
  5. Follow up with potential leads.
  6. Organize customer visits and conduct project and service presentations.
  7. Assist in preparing quotations and purchase orders when necessary.
  8. Conduct weekly team meetings to address issues and concerns.

Project Management Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee onsite and clinic projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and MOH standards.
  2. Ensure smooth project flow from quotation to project delivery and registration to discharge.
  3. Guide and direct staff in operational processes.
  4. Perform duties timely and utilize resources appropriately.
  5. Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Experience:

2-3 years in the industry is required.

Salary and Benefits:

  1. Base pay of $3500 with 2.5-5% commission, gross pay up to $10,000 depending on sales.
  2. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700.
  3. 14 days annual leave per year.
