Job scope:
- To source new business with potential customers.
- To increase the customer database.
- To canvas and secure new accounts.
- To achieve the sales target given by the Company.
- Manage and present realistic forecasts to the management team, including current trends, and set future sales goals.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Requirements:
- Have sales experience or business development experience in the healthcare, shipping, aviation, oil, & gas industries. Marketing experience is a plus.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or business manager.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Having good contacts in healthcare, shipping, aviation, oil, & gas industries with partners is a plus.
- Existing customers on hand is a plus.
- Possess a strong hunter mentality, business sense, and industry expertise.
- At least a Diploma or higher in Sales & Marketing or Business Studies.
- Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic Mandarin communication skills and ability to read simple Mandarin messages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer satisfaction needs and requirements.
- Generate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Communicate with existing clients for business opportunities.
- Engage and build good relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential leads.
- Organize customer visits and conduct project and service presentations.
- Assist in preparing quotations and purchase orders when necessary.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to address issues and concerns.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee onsite and clinic projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and MOH standards.
- Ensure smooth project flow from quotation to project delivery and registration to discharge.
- Guide and direct staff in operational processes.
- Perform duties timely and utilize resources appropriately.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Experience:
2-3 years in the industry is required.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base pay of $3500 with 2.5-5% commission, gross pay up to $10,000 depending on sales.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700.
- 14 days annual leave per year.
