Job Scope:
- Lead the planning and execution of local marketing strategies in alignment with our overall business goals.
- Create and implement integrated marketing plans including campaigns, digital, public relations, events, and promotions to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of the fast casual and Japanese casual dining market segments.
- Lead and develop the marketing and creative teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with brand and legal standards.
