A leading construction company is seeking a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to manage public relations and project queries effectively. The CRO will liaise with residents, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to feedback. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and relevant experience in public relations, particularly in Home Improvement Program projects.
Job Description (JD) for Customer Relations Officer (CRO)
A. Qualifications
· Minimum GCE “A” Level with 2-3 years of public relations experiences preferably in Home Improvement Program (HIP) projects.
· He/ She shall be capable of communicating effectively in English and one other official language.
· Possesses computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PPT.
B. Responsibilities and Duties:
· Capable of taking instruction from Client’s Rep, consultants and contractor’s project manager as and when required or directed.
· CRO shall be competent and possesses the skill, knowledge and ability to manage the public relations issues and general project queries with residents effectively.
· He/ She shall possess good communication and interpersonal skills in liaising with subcontractors in day-to-day’s work activities and project stakeholders (HDB, Town Council and Consultants) pertaining to the project/ resident’s matters.
· CRO shall generate the HIP block schedule and units work schedules in good times to aid the materials & manpower resources planning.
· Manning the Information Centre Counter operations and Information Hotline.
· Attend to residents’ defect feedback or query and making appointment with owner for a visit or joint inspection by RTO and Supervisor.
· Making appointment for Supervisor to attend the defect rectification and monitoring of work done for defect closure.
· Draft and reply to feedback/ queries and message from residents within stipulated timeframes.
C. Administrative, Recording & Documentations
· CRO shall be in-charge of proper recording and filing of vital documents required by HDB, forms and records, and photos into HICS.
· He/ she shall attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic supports in the Working Committee Meeting (Construction Phase) as and when directed by Client’s Rep or Consultants.
