Job description

• Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, technology, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Define project scope, objectives, resource plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish and manage delivery governance frameworks, including regular status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies to drive iterative delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Continuously monitor progress and adapt plans to meet changing priorities or constraints.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• Good experience in project or delivery management.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, with experience in leading sprints, managing backlogs, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in sectors such as Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, or Consulting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project tracking systems.
