Job description

Description :

  1. Responsible for raising Sales Orders and coordinating with Sales Personnel & Purchasing for buffer stock planning.
  2. Follow up on stock arrival and notify customers of stock allocation for planning delivery schedules.
  3. Prepare Delivery Orders and Invoices; liaise with the Logistics Department for delivery arrangements.
  4. Handle customer complaints and escalate them to relevant departments for resolution. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure issues are properly addressed.
  5. Oversee and verify customer service tasks to ensure accuracy, approve completed tasks, and provide necessary feedback or corrections.
  6. Provide instructions to customer service representatives on additional tasks or process improvements.
  7. Identify and address challenges in order processing, and communicate with relevant stakeholders to make effective decisions and resolve issues promptly.
  8. Attend and conduct internal and external meetings and training sessions as required.
  9. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to align with current workflows.
  10. Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
