Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a dynamic team? We are looking for talented individuals to join our fast-paced restaurant in roles such as HR, Finance, or Administrative Support.

Key Responsibilities - Finance
  1. Handling payroll, budgets, and accounts payable/receivable.
  2. Supporting month-end close and internal financial reporting.
  3. Maintaining organized financial records/documents.
  4. Providing general operational support across finance as needed.
Working Days & Hours

Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Job Description
  1. Handling payroll, budgets, and accounts payable/receivable.
  2. Bank reconciliation.
  3. Maintaining organized financial records/documents.
  4. Responsible for filing and timely processing of accounting entries.
  5. Providing general operational support across finance as needed.
  6. Supporting month-end close and internal financial reporting; checking bank balances and preparing cash position reports.
Requirements (Local/PR Only)
  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Management & Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
  2. Two to three years’ experience.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
  5. Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  7. Positive, meticulous, and result-oriented.
