What You’ll Be Doing:


Provide essential administrative support to the Business Development team to ensure smooth daily operations.


Assist with billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of payments. Investigate and resolve any invoice discrepancies with a solutions-focused mindset.


Coordinate and follow up on patient-related matters with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.


Help foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and key business documentation.


Collaborate across departments to promote seamless workflow and operational excellence.


Contribute to other projects or tasks as assigned, supporting business development and organizational goals.


What We’re Looking For:


A Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.


Recent graduates are encouraged to apply – we provide structured training and guidance to help you succeed.


Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.


The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
