Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Management Team in daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling claims, invoicing, and basic HR administration, while ensuring smooth coordination within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process staff claims and reimbursements
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support HR functions such as maintaining staff records, leave tracking, and onboarding paperwork
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Management Team
  • Prepare meeting materials, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain proper filing of documents, both physical and digital
  • Handle correspondence and emails professionally
  • Provide general office administrative support
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management Team

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Experience with invoicing and claims processing preferred
  • Familiar with basic HR administrative processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage software)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum Certificate in Business Administration or a related field

Work Information

  • Working location: Genting Lane, off Macpherson Road / Website: www.mosca.com
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am – 6.00pm
  • Salary Range : SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,300 per month (commensurate with experience)
