A leading healthcare provider in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager in Patient Financial Services. The role involves managing billing operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager in Patient Financial Services, you are required to manage and support daily billing operational activities, ensuring accurate and timeliness in billing and submitting of claims to 3rd parties such as CPF Board, Private Medical insurance etc. Work closely and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that impact patient billing.
Assists Reporting officer to identify, analyze, plan, improve, implement and coordinate system changes and training activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of performance from staff. Ensure billing operational activities are in accordance to the established policies, procedures and internal control.
Collaborate as a team member in projects or with relevant stakeholders to provide input, assessment and strategies to manage patient enquiries and feedback sensitively.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years experience.
Possess strong analytical, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
Ability to exercise initiative, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated, results-oriented and focused on the service excellence.
Experience in healthcare is preferred.
