Job description

Working Location: Toh Guan

Working Hours: 0900 – 1830, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $3,500

Responsibilities:

1. Support the NES Corporate Sales Division by submitting competitive pricing and contribution analysis for local and global RFQ, RFP, and RFI, following division guidelines and timelines.

2. Regularly update and organize all rates, including costs, tariffs, surcharges, and local charges.

3. Communicate with overseas stations regarding customer requirements and rate quotations.

4. Coordinate with Sales and Operations departments on customer onboarding and SOP maintenance.

5. Assist Account Managers with online or offline support, including initiating, following up, and facilitating customer requests.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant industry experience.
