Job description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team in Singapore . In this full-time role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients across diverse industries, including both the public and private sectors .

You’ll work directly with stakeholders to define marketing strategies, implement customer journeys, and ensure successful use of Marketing Cloud capabilities such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. This role is ideal for a consultant who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment, and who combines platform expertise with business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to gather requirements, provide strategic marketing guidance, and deliver scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Design and deploy marketing journeys, data segmentation models, and personalization strategies using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to implement Cloud Pages, AMPscript, SSJS, and automation workflows.
  • Lead Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and campaign execution.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and consulting support to clients across both public and private sector engagements.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices to advise clients on innovation opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement .
Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
Experience designing solutions based on business and marketing objectives.
Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles.
Familiarity with CRM data structures and integration best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working with both public sector agencies (e.g., government ministries, statutory boards) and private sector organizations in Singapore.
  • Experience with Mobile Studio and push notification campaigns.
  • Technical proficiency with AMPscript, SSJS, and dynamic content personalization.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) for reporting and dashboards.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist).
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
