Our Client

is a key provider of energy solutions and multi-utilities.

Position Details
  • Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
  • Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)
  • Hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities
  1. Plan and oversee all sales activities for the Large Electricity Sales Team, collaborating with various teams to propose pricing strategies to meet and exceed financial and market share targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Commercial and Industrial Key Account customers and prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up.
  3. Collaborate with the Product Development Team to identify and develop new business opportunities and programs for the Commercial and Industrial Segment.
  4. Collect competitor market pricing, products, and services information.
  5. Ensure compliance with company procedures and proper documentation of electricity documents, security deposits, and approval forms.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications (Degree) in any discipline or a diploma with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales and account servicing experience with commercial and industrial customers.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Prior experience in the Power Industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret tender/contractual documents and analyze complex data.
  • Leadership qualities and sales-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and adaptable to changing conditions.
