Job description

What if your curiosity could help build the world we all imagine?

Here at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience. We’ll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential. Through our coaching and training programs, you’ll develop the skillsets you need to stay relevant today and in the future — all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond.

The Opportunity:

Strategy and Transaction (SaT) works with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increased returns. As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries, you will advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising, or investing capital. Major groups within SaT include Transactions and Corporate Finance (TCF), which encompasses Transaction Diligence (TD), Valuation, Modeling and Economics (VME), and Lead Advisory (LA). SaT integrates a world-class strategy practice in EY-Parthenon, TCF capabilities, and deep Tax expertise via International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS). These competencies' longstanding relationships with clients enable us to drive growth and innovation.

EY advises on financial, procurement, strategic, and public-private partnership issues for large-scale infrastructure projects and programs.

Estimates indicate that 75% of the infrastructure in place in 2050 does not exist today. Developing and implementing infrastructure strategies promptly is therefore crucial.

Infrastructure investment and sustainable development are top priorities globally. Rapid urbanization and population growth pressure emerging markets to develop new infrastructure, while aging assets in developed economies require expansion. Smart cities are emerging as key investment areas, presenting unique opportunities and challenges at the intersection of urban growth, technology, infrastructure, and capital.

Our infrastructure team supports programs from start to finish, advising owners, investors, and operators on financial, procurement, strategic, and public-private partnership aspects to deliver value.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As an Infrastructure Advisory Associate, you will support project teams throughout the project cycle, including documenting requirements, design, configuration, testing, and project management.

  • Perform advanced data analytics to solve business challenges and enable data automation, reconciliation, and transparency.
  • Brainstorm analytics-driven solutions and process improvements.
  • Gather data, perform web scraping, and transform and consolidate data.
  • Support business development with presentation materials.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
  • Pursuing a university degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, with an interest in data analytics.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire) and data sourcing, preparation, and transformation techniques, demonstrated through projects, internships, or self-study.
  • Understanding of analytical techniques and tools for predictive and descriptive analytics, such as R, Python, VBA, Alteryx. Python is preferred. Practical experience is advantageous.
What We Offer:
  • Continuous learning to help you navigate the future.
  • Success as defined by you, with tools and flexibility to make an impact.
  • Transformative leadership development through coaching and insights.
  • A diverse and inclusive culture that embraces individuality and empowers your voice.
Note:
  • Upload your latest resume and academic transcripts with your application.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
