  • Position: Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator / Sales Support Assistant
  • Well Established Singapore Based Seafood Processing SME
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)
  • Working Location: Jurong

The Job

  • Perform the daily trading administrative tasks.
  • Customer services support.
  • Prepare purchase/sales quotation and purchase/sales orders into ERP.
  • Generate and prepare sales reports.
  • Co-ordination Import & export shipment documentation.
  • Work closely with Trade Team and follow up on schedule.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum GCE “N” Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application is essential.
  • Meticulous with details, independent and also a team player.
