An established industry player seeks a dedicated Night Shift Operations Supervisor to lead the overnight team in managing facilities and ensuring smooth operations. You will supervise and lead the night shift Operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance of client’s premises, execution of technical inspections and general upkeep of the property and facilities during overnight hours.
Manage the building’s facilities during the night shift, including but not limited to monitoring critical systems (power generation, water treatment, sewage systems), overseeing asset performance, supervising any scheduled overnight work by contractors, liaising with relevant stakeholders regarding overnight issues, and ensuring smooth facilities operation.
You will act as the primary Site Incident Controller during the night shift, responsible for overseeing initial responses to firefighting needs, medical emergencies, security incidents, or other emergency operations until the arrival of SCDF or appropriate support services.
You will attend to and provide the initial response for feedback and urgent service requests received from clients, staff, or systems during the night shift, and liaise effectively with on-duty technicians or relevant contractors on all urgent maintenance matters.
You will investigate, check, and analyse reported breakdowns & faults occurring during the night shift to determine their immediate cause, implement necessary containment or temporary fixes, ensure safety, and gather information for the prevention of future occurrences.
Compile, collate, and analyze operational data and prepare reports specifically pertaining to night shift activities, system performance, incidents, and completed work, ensuring a smooth handover to the day shift team and contributing to continuous improvement analysis.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor, particularly those requiring attention or action during the night shift.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualified preferably in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferably possesses with Fire Safety Manager Certification.
Experience in Integrated Facilities Management/ M&E is preferred.
Required to take 7 minutes ferry to work location from Punggol Point Jetty
Mon-Fri (12 hour night shift)- 6.30pm to 6.30am
Sat/Sun/PH (12 hour day or night shift)- 6.30am to 6.30pm
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
