3D & Motion Designer

Candidate requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in 3D design, motion design, animation, or related fields.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in design and animation tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of timing, composition, and storytelling in motion graphics.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multimedia content.
• Effective communication skills for presenting ideas and incorporating feedback.

Job responsibilities:

• Work with the Design team to create motion graphics and video content for marketing, social media, and partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with our Commercial and on-site Production teams to create state-of-the-art 3D renders to showcase our event experience.
• Design animations and video assets that align with brand guidelines and elevate our storytelling.
• Support the marketing team by producing engaging content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Edit and enhance video footage to create high-quality final outputs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all multimedia content.
