Job summary

A leading company is seeking an Admin & Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The role involves processing transactions, managing petty cash, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a diploma in accounting and relevant experience, with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

  • Min. Diploma in Accounting.
  • Min. 2 years’ finance/accounting and/or reporting experience.
  • Experienced in using PEACHTREE Accounting Software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day transaction processing of Sales, Purchase, and Nominal Ledger.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation and process expense claims.
  • Manage general communication and office supplies.

Admin & Account Executive

  • Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
  • Location: Tuas
  • Basic: $2,800 - $3,200 + AWS

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Accounting
  • Min. 2 years’ finance/accounting and/or reporting experience
  • Experienced in using PEACHTREE Accounting Software is preferred.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Excel

Job Scope:

Finance

Be responsible for the day-to-day transaction processing of the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledger andAccounting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the accounting records, including the following:

  • Ensuring accurate input of the data in Accounting Software
  • Handling the Petty cash payment.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation (prepare payment & monitoring the receipts).
  • Processing expense claims after review.
  • Managing petty cash and cash travel advances
  • Preparing Quotation to customer
  • Preparing Timesheet and update the labour cost
  • Preparing report for month end closing
  • Preparing Payroll

Admin

  • Manage general communication such as post, deliveries, couriers, etc.
  • Manage supply of stationery and other office supplies
  • Coordinate the travel arrangements for office on their travel arrangements and logistics (bookings, visa applications, invitations letters)
  • Cover for the Finance & Admin Manager in case of absence
  • Carry-out other tasks that can be reasonably expected from this role
