Job Title: Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
Adhoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
Organized, meticulous and proactive
